What happens at the end of my free trial?
Invoicing commences automatically the day after your 30-day free trial period finishes. Cost per month will depend on the size of your team. For more details, please refer to snug.com/pricing.
Is branding available?
Yes! Make a statement and showcase your company logo and banner branding on emails, SMS, property and team page. Branding is a low cost add on, available with any plan for just $0.15 cents plus GST per property per month.
How do your background checks work?
Snug integrates with Equifax to verify identity as well as check important third party databases including: National Tenancy Database check, Bankruptcy and court records check and ASIC directorships. Background checks are free for property managers to offered shortlisted applicants.
Am I locked into a subscription term?
No lock-in contracts. Love us or leave us. We only ask that you tell us how to improve. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at email@example.com.
Who sees the rental references?
Property Managers can control privacy settings and decide what part of the review, if any, the renter can see, We believe in transparency, factual and fair references.
Do you have a mobile app for property managers and tenants?
We have a mobile web app, used in your internet browser. It works like an app with the benefit of nothing to download.

How much are training and support?
Helpful articles and videos through the Help Centre and in app training with chat/email support are free. A Customer Success team member will provide a 45min free training session and assist with onboarding for Plus accounts.
How much does Snug Match cost?
We have two plans, Snug Match Standard, which offers an end to end leasing solution at $69/month and Snug Match Plus, our fully featured plan, starting at $66/month. Can I import/export my data?
Yes, we can import your Contacts data and will provide a Contacts data export in CSV format if you decide to cancel (Admin Fee $99 inc GST).
